Latest Apple ID Stolen Problem
The latest stolen Apple ID problem!!!
Today, I've just found out a "phishing" e-mail that can let the victims give their Apple ID to the "digital theft".
Its content as below:
"Boldly", the scammer tried to fake the victims by displaying those links seem to be "Apple links", even Apple headquarter address in the USA! (those are marked with red rectangles).
However, if people "keep calm", then they will "discover" the "trap" behinds.
First, let's look at the address of the "phishing" sender:
We'll click on the right arrow besides ...
The marked red rectangle shows us the "real" address of that phisher!
And then, when we try to look up that one's domain on some sites like whois.net, check-domains.com, etc. we may find that the domain is ... down (maybe, it's removed or no one acknowledges to own it.)
"Wickier", the appeared link "appleid.apple.com" in the message is also fake! It ... points to unknown website, which already stored an executable file in php (fake, but can point to another "dark web").
Alert!
This attack type is known as "scammed" or "phished" notification e-mail. It's not new, but many "careless" users still are victims.
